Do you get anything on your screen when you first turn
on the computer.Even if the display device is disabled
you should still see the bios info. you can start
computer in safe mode by hitting F5 or F8 key before
windows starts. this will alow the computer to boot
up.You can then go into divice manager - display
properties and uncheck disable.If you get nothing at all
on your screen when you first turn on the computer you
have another problem. Your modem or other plug in card
may have went bad. try removing the cover and removing
the modem from the motherboard.A bad modem or sound card
will cause a computer not to boot.Hope these tips will
