Display Clock on Taskbar

Is there a DOS or Windows script to enable display of Clock on the taskbar on
terminal server clients desktop? Currently our terminal policy settings
disabled access to the Taskbar and Start Menu so the clients cannot turn on
"Show Clock" under the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties.
