I have stupidly disabled the display adapter on another PC, this means that
although the computer boots up, nothing is displayed.
Is there any way I can correct this
ie at startup
or by installing another card

Help required please

TIA

I don't exactly know what you mean by 'disabled' - deleted? broke? In any
case, try this: Boot into safe mode, go to Device Manager and uninstall your
display adapter. Click through the dire warning in the message box and
re-start your computer. Windows will detect your adapter as it boots up
(ah - plug and play!) and install a driver from its own library. Now you are
free to upgrade to the manufacturer's latest driver.
