Display a Dialog when Outlook is Started

I would like to show a dialog box automatically the first time Outlook is
started after my COM Add-In is installed. What is the best way to make sure
that Outlook was started normally, interactively by the end-user, rather
than by automation or something like that? Is simply checking
Application.Explorers.Count enough?
