Look at Shortcuts for PowerPoint add-in at
http://officeone.mvps.org/ppshortcuts/ppshortcuts.html - it defines
shortcuts that enable you to navigate all running slide shows simultaneously
using the keyboard.

PowerShow add-in at http://officeone.mvps.org/powershow/powershow.html has a
feature called Synchronous Shows. Using that feature, you to create SyncShow
groups where one show acts as a coordinator show and other shows in the same
group follow the coordinator. You need to navigate the coordinator only.
PowerShow would keep the other shows in sync with it.

thanks for your help, but is there any add on to use mouse click instead
of key stroke?

[CRITICAL UPDATE - Anyone using Office 2003 should install the critical
update as soon as possible. From PowerPoint, choose "Help -> Check for
Updates".]

Hello,

PowerPoint does not have the built-in capability to show and control
multiple slide shows simultaneously although, as others have indicated,
there are 3rd party add-ins that can work around this limitation.

If you (or anyone else reading this message) feel strongly that PowerPoint
should include some additional features around multiple monitors and
multiple slide shows (without requiring an add-in or additional software),
don't forget to send your feedback (in YOUR OWN WORDS, please) to Microsoft

your wish but also WHY it is important to you that your product suggestion
be implemented by Microsoft. Microsoft receives thousands of product
suggestions every day and we read each one but, in any given product

that are most important to our customers so take the extra time to state
your case as clearly and completely as possible.
