I'm having problems getting this game to work. When I
install it and go to the Options screen, there are two
mouse pointers, (the original Windows one and the game
one). When I click on an option, it minimises the screen
and when I go back in, the background picture and sound
is still there but the text has disappeared. I can
blindly click on an area of the screen and if that's
where an option is it will take me to it but I can't use
it like that. I am using a brand new computer, running on
XP home with 1024 MB ram, 160 gb hard drive, with a 256mb
ATI graphics card so my computer should be powerful
enough. Does anyone have any clues please? Thanks in
advance.
 
Kevin, Yes, I am using the latest drivers. Not sure why
it won't work though!! Thanks

CAn you send me your dxdiag? start->run->"dxdiag" then save all, and post
the results?

then i can try and match your computer here and try it.

Thanks. Do you have latest patch for this game? I've played this game before
without this problem, of course it was different hardware.
