If you've already removed all that you can, then no - can't help you. A
larger replacement drive (internal) or an additional hard drive (internal
or external) used for storage is a good option and really the most
realistic and effective solution in the long run.
Someone's already mentioned XP's Disk Cleanup. A few other places to look
for extra space: Uninstall programs that you do not use. If not sure what a
program does, double check its purpose before removing it. This will avoid
uninstalling modules that support hardware functions or that support
multiple applications.
Could also move large personal files CD or DVD. Multimedia files are
typically large so they are good targets.
If your system has 1GB of RAM or more, turning off hibernate in Power
Options will reclaim the space taken by hiberfil.sys.
