Disk space slowly decreasing

The c:\ drive on my W2K server is slowly decreasing by about 20MB per day and
there is now only about 600MB left.

I've manually figured out some of what is eating up the disk space, but it
still goes on.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a utility that will monitor disk use
and highlight to me exactly what files are being created or growing at such a
rate. Perhaps something that takes a snapshot each day and then can compare
the results.

I've search the net, but I can't find anything. I know someone else must
have ad this problem before.

Any help appreciated.
