Currently, we run 3 old server for more than 5 years with Winnt and win2000
server. All 3 servers's system drive ( Drive C don't have sufficient disk
space for windows update. Only have 1Gb or 600Mb, so I stop all windows
update for these servers.
Now will install a new server hardware later and has the following
questions.
Q1: Is it still be better divide the system and data storage drive? ie. OS
installs at C drive as system partition and data files installed on other
drive?
Q2: After several years or a certain period, system drive (C Drive) won't
have enough disk space for paging file or windows update, how large the
partition size will you reccommend for production running? Is 60G too large
for it?
