Every time I try to play a game it will work for a little then it kicks me off and trys to restart my comouter. It takes me to a screen that says hardware monitor and at the bottom it says disk read error. And Im sure that my monitor and graphics card is good enough to play these games.

Random crashes like that are typically related to heat, driver issues, or a
problem with the game. Since it happens every time you play "a game" I'm
assuming it's more than one game so I'd investigate the driver and heat
issue first. Make sure your motherboard's chipset drivers and the drivers
for your audio and video cards are up-to-date. Dust out the inside of your
computer while you have the case open and make sure all fans are working
properly and are free from debris.

If you've got a PCI card right next to your display card consider moving it
to another slot. It could be disrupting the airflow enought to cause
overheating issues on your video card. If that doesn't alleviate the issue
you can try adding one of the PCI slot fans that exhausts hot air from the
bottom of your case.

If the game is memory intensive (video and scenery often swapped
either to ram or hard drive...depending if a lot of ram or not) so I'd
suggest (to check if a heat issue) remove the computer case cover
off one side and see if that helps. if it helps then you need better
case cooling (airflow/fan) and the hard drive can heat up quite
a bit so dont burn yourself (you can tell if hard drive doesn't get
some airflow around it ... it can get quite hot especially if cramped)
