Disk Quotas

I am using Disk Quotas in Win2k Server and I was wondering if there is some
way to search for all the files Owned by a certain person.

I would like to be able to find these files in a general department folder,
so I can go in and reassign ownership to a different department user when a
person leaves or is fired. I am trying to make my users more responsible
for disk space.

One more question.

I tied a test on a users system to run him up to the warning level and he
gets no message that he is almost out of disk space. When I go over he gets
a prompt. I really need the user to see a warning.

Does this work or did I miss something?
