Disk management

When I try to open Disk management I get the following
error: the service database is locked.
When I try to start Logical Disk Manager Administrative
Service I get the following error:Could not start the
Logical Disk Manager Administrative service on the Local
computer.... Error 1055:the service database is locked.
Why?
