Disk imaging software

I have Media Center 2005 rollup installed on my pc in a raid 1+0 array. I
would like to create a disk image to a separate drive so that I can move to
new hardware and then resetup as raid 1+0 without losing my O.S. install and
media files because it would be a real pain to have to reinstall everything
from scratch. I have not found any disk imaging software that says it
supports media center can anyone recommend a reliable software? Also any
best practices on making the hardware move I listed above? Thanks in advance
for any help.

Every image software I saw so far has a evaluation version that you
can test. Just download some of them an try if it works with MCE.

I'm using Acronis True Image wich works fine for me but I have XP.
