disk drive

[disk drive problem]

hello my notebook can´t open the disk already, why?? there is a problem with
the hardware but i can`t repear it, i don't now what to do. its windows
vista. help me

What notebook? (Make and model number, configuration). What disk? (hard
drive, cd drive, a cd you burned yourself, commercial cd or dvd). How do
you know it is a hardware problem and not in the OS? Which edition of Vista
and is it x86 or x64?

"disk drive problem", Are you saying the CD draw doesn't open (eject) or as
you said, you are having a problem seeing your disk drive? What are you
expecting to see or happen? And please don't miss Colin's questions. They
are important to know to move forward.
