disk defrag

My computer won't completely defrag anymore and shows
that I lost at least 30% of disk space on C:. Also, the
report shows that I have 7,271 fragmented files in
windows\system32\25. Any suggestions???

EB, you could try disabling virtual memory temporarily and then run
defrag. This will delete the page file.
rt click MyComputer>Select
Prop>Advanced>Performance-Settings>Advanced>Virtual Memory-Change. Select
No Paging File>Set>Ok. Also, clear up your old restore points. MyComputer>rt
click on Drive Icon>Select Prop>Disk Cleanup
More Options>System Restore-Cleanup. Say Yes to all.

Use Perfect Disk and do a boot defragmentation.
