The Disk Cleanup is not working. It shows checking compressed files and never goes any further. The problem just recently began after using it without any problem since we've had the computer. Any suggestions on repair

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it and
answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by right
clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
