disk cleanup

Why are my temp files not cleaned when I run disk cleanup.It keeps showing
that theirs no files to clean yet when I look in windows temp folder their
are lots.

Im trying to remove a file from my shared folder on Kazaa, but I can´t. Every time I try it says that the file is being downloaded by another user or used by another program BUT it ISN´T. What is the problem? Why doesn´t the file just go away

Use as an example: Go to Start/Run/CMD

del "C:\Program Files\Kazaa Lite\My Shared
Folder\FileName.mpg"
