Disk Cleanup

When I choose files to delete and click on
WebClient/Publisher Temporary Files they do NOT delete no
matter what I do. It's showing 3904 kb and I was told By
a MS tech rep that it should read 32 kb. Is this normal
and how do I delete these files?
