Please provide details. Error message, that sort of thing. Describe what is
happening and the results are.
Something like:
"I tried to use disk cleanup and it it crashed with his ugly error
message '<error>'". Or "Disk cleanup is not deleting files, it says they're
gone, but when I check they're still here, What gives?"
