Disk Cleanup

I want to run Disk Cleanup:if I go via Start, Program,
Accessories,Tools system,Disk Cleanup nothing happens.
If I go via Start, Run, cleanmgr, it start but stop right
at the beginning.

Is there a way to repair this problem?

Are you logged on as an Administrator? What Os? What is is the Event
Logs? Any error message text?
