For some reason I have gotten a new disk cleanup file
@c:\\windows\system32\occache.dll,-1701 but have no idea what it is for and
why it is there.

Can someone help explain what/why this is there for?

The file is something to do with internet explorer.

What do you mean "I have gotten a new disk cleanup file"?

Type the name into google for more info.

When you click on disk cleanup you choose the drive you want to clean. The
next step is to select the files to delete via checkboxes. This is my list
for Drive C:

[] @c:\\windows\system32\occache.dll,-1701
[] Temporary Internet Files
[] Offline Webpages
[] Recycle Bin
[] Temporary files
[] WebClient/Publisher Temporary Files
[] Compress old files
[] Catalog files for the Content Indexer

This problem is caused after installing IE7 Beta 3

for Downloaded Program Files hander, after installing Internet Explorer 7
