Disk Cleanup doesn't do anything...

When I try to run Disk Cleanup (cleanmgr.exe), it stalls
and doesnt do anything. I've let it go for hours and it
does nothing. It used to work before I moved 5GB of data
on my hard disk, but now it doesnt work at all. Does
anyone know of a way to fix this?

Line 48, Right column "Disk Cleanup - Compress..."
Save on Desktop.
Double click the icon once downloaded.
The icon can then be discarded.
