Disk Cleanup and IE 6 Default homepage

Hiya :)

When I open Disk Cleanup either under 'Scheduled Tasks' or manually, it
opens but it doesn't scan nor show the blue status line. However, it doesn't
freeze. I've even shut down ZoneAlarm and AVG before running it. Any ideas?

Two, when I go into Tools, Options, General in IE 6, the default page is set
to www.msn.com but it won't let me change it. Any ideas on how to
change/override the admin setting?

Disk Cleanup - How much free space is on you PC? it needs at least 15% to
function. Some times it can take a while.
 
Disk Cleanup-4.4 GB free. I even turned off ZoneAlarm and AVG.

Second, how to I change my default homepage under Tools, Options, General as
it won't let me change it fromwww.msn.com
