Disk cleaning (troubleshooting)

Disk cleaning stops very shortly into it while compressing files even though left running for quite a while. I also have the program Tune-Up utilities and it runs though disk clean. What can I do to get the disk clean from windows to work and complete its cycle. Thanks
 
I too have this problem, and I went to the web site Kelly's Korner, and
tried the line 48, I got a error message saying. Cannot import, there may be
a disk or file error, what's up with that?
