disk clean-up

disk clean-up will not work, went to help, it told me to
go to start, then run, type in cleanmgr., i did this and
file said could not be found, please advise
 
Go to C:\Windows\System32 scroll down to Cleanmgr. It has a broom on
it. See if it works from there. If yes rt click
select Send to Desktop as shortcut and Ok.
