Iam new to this Help Activit
Is there a danger of catching a virus from opening messages
I too cannot get Disk Clean up to get past 3 green dot
I defragmented It took 7 hr
Can any one help please
Where shal I see the answers

YES! There is a danger!

Particularly if you don't know who it is from. NEVER open
an attachment unless you know the sender and even then (if
you weren't expecting it) give them a phone call and
confirm that it's from them.

Always use an anti-virus program. Update and do a full
scan weekly.

Search with Google for 'Ad Aware' and 'SpyBot' (both
freeware). Download those programs - update weekly, use
daily.

Thank you very much for all the comments.I mentioned that I was new to this kind of help and maybe I have misled
I have only looked at the comments on the screen and have not displayed my Email address so have not received any emails direc
I do not open attachments unless I know the sende
I have AVG anti virus and run it dail
I am amazed at the number of folk with the Disk Clean Up problem and havn't seen an answer that I understand ye
I am rather relying on Rick Maybury Daily Telegragh each Tuesday 'connect' for a bit of hel
