disk clean up not working

I've been trying to use my disk clean up tool but it
seems to have a corrupted file ,so it is
stopping ,everytime I try to run it . I was suggested to
delete all files from my temp. files but there is one
that I can not delete C5ERQXSP. the comp. tells me that
it is being used by some other program and I must close
it before ,but I have no programs (at least that I know
running . how do I delete this file???need really to
clean up my disk. thank you
