Does anyone have experience setting up Outlook as a
Discussion Forum or Knowledge Base Forum - similar to
Lotus Notes databases functionality. The main objective
is provide a discussion thread or repository of knowledge
for product related questions. If so what is good
reference guide for this. If not, is there any other
Microsoft product that serves this purpose and also
integrates with Outlook.
