In establishing a Discussion Group I have encountered a format I cannot seem
to correct.

The page displaying a Comment formats with a dark background and then
applies black fonts --how do I set the formt of these pages to use a
different color which will contrast with the backgound for readability
 
You can only format a DW by applying a theme to the page
