Disconnects immediately

Hi,

I know this must sound so simple but right now I can't
figure what's going on. I have setup a user to access a
server and is able to map to drives on the server. When
we try to terminal server into the server it disconnects
immediately. Is there anything other than rights that I
should be looking at?

Is there anything in the EventLog on the TS?
Does this happen to all users? From all clients? Also to
Administrators?
 
Hi Verna,

No, it only happens to the new users that I had recently
added. Everyone else is fine. Actually, it looks like it
maybe a licensing issue. Thank you for your help!!!
