When did the problem begin?
What is your OS? If you run XP & have a cable connection,
start > run > type:msconfig . Click "ok".
Click on "boot.ini" tab. Click on "safe boot"
add "networking".
Left click "ok".
Reboot.
Connect to your ISP. Does the problem persist? This is
for troubleshooting purposes, not a fix in & of itself.
