disconnecting

most times when i disconnect from the internet its ok but latley it dosent do
it properly but before that everything slows down and it takes ages to get on
any sites
but if i pick the phone up it whistles the whole time i have to unplug it
and wait a while its as though the computer is stuckin the middle of
disconecting any advice
 
You may have a Trojan or spyware that is keeping the
connection open. It might be some P2P server that you or
another user installed or it could be something that is
really unwanted.
A complete system scan with an anti-virus program and a
complete scan with spyware tools is also a good idea.
If you install a firewall such as Zone Alarm (free from
www.zonelabs.com ) you can block all Internet activity with
a right click on the ZA icon (then left on the proper item).
You can also use the task manager to check what is running
(crtl/alt/del)

You can put the connection icon in the system tray and shut
down your connection manually, too.
