Disconnecting to Internet

I can't send email or access links in Outlook express. I
was tld by my isp that the problem was with Internet
Explorer. However, When I click "download now" to
reinstall Internet Explorer my connection to the internet
stops immediatly and I get an error message stating that
Internet Explorer had to stop.I have around 10 unsent
messages in my out box and I can't use any newsgroups

Details? You haven't disclosed your OS so I can't even
suggest alternative diagnostics. If you are getting the
"Sorry for the inconvenience" message use the <click here>
link on that window and capture the Error Signature.
(Drag the mouse over the text and press Ctrl-c)

You are using a newsgroup now.
Try the Outlook Express newsgroup.
(Click on that item in the lefthand menu instead of Browser)
