Disconnecting MSN Messenger constantly

Since getting our wireless network, all of us with computers at our apartment have had major problems with our MSN messenger, other messenger systems, and sometimes even internet explorer. It constantly disconnects us from messenger (whether we're at our computer or not) and signs us back in at it's own will. None of us are sure how to fix it, even after trying to change some of the basic properties....all to no avail. Please help. It's very irritating and disrupting. Thank you!

Sounds like you may have Zonealarm or another software
firewall product disconnecting / protecting the service.
Try uninstalling it, and then reinstalling it to pickup
the proper port configurations.
