Disconnecting from the internet

I am continually being disconnected from the internet. I get a small
dialogue box in the top left corner saying " You have just ignored an
incoming call. Click the OK button" I don't have call waiting. Any
ideas?

Is it netmeeting which is saying you have a call?

No it is not netmeeting. I am sure the dialogue box for that has a
button that says accept call. Some people think it maybe adware or
spyware problem.

http://www.safer-networking.org/ . That removes spyware, also adaware might
help you to :¬)
