I am using Windows XP Home version and Internet Explorer/Outlook Express 6.
Whenever I would close either IE or OE, a box used to pop up asking if I
wanted to disconnect (using dial-up service) or stay connected. This is not
happening now and I can't find a place to activate this. Does anyone have
the directions for activating this?
