Disconnect from net

Hello,

When I first bought my PC, about 3 months ago, whenever I closed Internet
Explorer or Outlook Express I would get a window open to asm me if I wanted
to disconnect completely from the Internet. Suddenly I no longer get this!
What have I done ?

I guess it got deleted by either an update or when your 90-day trial period expired. You don't need it, do you?
