Disconect modem causes blue screen

I have a PCTEL modem that causes my system to Blue screen
when i click on disconnect on the dial up connection.

It gives the following error and reboots the pc :

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x0000000a (0xe1223a3e, 0x00000010, 0x00000000,
0x804a7175). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]

I've got SP4 Windows 2000.

Any ideas ?

PCTel modems commonly blue screen when using the wrong driver. Contact your
manufacturer (PCTel makes chips, not the cards themselves) or try
