Discolored video in ppt 2007

I have a wmv generated by Movie Maker that play and look fine in Windows
Media Player. But inserted in ppt 2007 file, all the videos play fine but
look discolored. What am I doing wrong?
 
Did you use the latest version of Movie Maker?
