disc security/attributes

I just added a second hard drive to computer #2 that was
previously used on computer #1. I can read the drive,
but I can't see any of the files that were created in the
My Documents folder when the drive was in computer #1.
Does anyone know what is wrong? Is this some Windows
security feature?
