Disc Cleanup

When I run disc cleanup, it just sits and pretends it is
cleaning up, but never actually does anything. The
progress bar doesn't ever even move past 4 bars (which is
also where it starts. Does anyone know how I can figure
out what is wrong?

Ive posted detailed instructions on how to solve this
earlier on another page (try page4 +), its better to boot
up in safe mode, disable screensavers, run scandisk in
advanced and fix all errors mode, if needed do the same
with defrag and the same with cleanup ALL in safe mode
