Disbling CTRL+W (E,P,F,H) in IE by GPO

Hello,

I have W2K AD. Could you please suggest me how to disable
buttons combination CTRL+W,E,P,F,H and CRTL+ALT+DEL (I
don't want "windows security window" to appear) by GPO?

I do not know if you can do this off the top of my head and an intial search
did not find any positive results. There is no built in .adm file for the
keyboard shortcuts. You may find something here though:
