Disassociated DVD play with app.

I inserted a DVD and mistakenly chose RealPlayer to
play it, and made it the default. How I can I disassociate the
application? I looked at the VIDEO_TS files, and the
filetypes *.VOB, *.IFO, and *.BPU did not not have
any app. associated with these files in Explorer->
Folder Options->File Types.

In File Types, try looking at

Extensions: (NONE)
File Types: DVD

and under the "Advanced" settings.

right click file/open with/select program and check box
