Hi,
Does anyone have better info than ATI regarding the disappearing mouse in
Guide+. Their web site has suggestions, no cures, that do not work.
Regards
This issue affects ATI TV Tuner products using Gemstar GuidePlus+ software.
Some users have reported that the mouse pointer will disappear when updating
the channel listing in GuidePlus+. The mouse pointer only disappears when it
is positioned over the GuidePlus+ window. It will be visible when held over
the Windows desktop or any other open windows. Objects can still be
highlighted and/or selected, but the mouse pointer cannot be seen.
Closing and restarting the program does not have any impact on the mouse
operation. The issue seems to occur more frequently using a wheel mouse. Not
all systems are affected.
ATI Customer Care is tracking reports of this issue.
