Disappearing window

Can anybody tell me why an opened window suddenly pops
away within a few seconds of being open, and I'm back to
the desktop? Its like I hit the X with my mouse, yet
didn't. Any ideas?
 
This would totally be dependent on the program that owns the window. Is the
program actually crashing? What program is this?
