Disappearing shares IPC$ & ADMIN$

Running MS2000 server service pack 3. Everyday the IPC$
and ADMIN$ are disappearing. Have to go to cmd to "net
share" to re-share them. See nothing in event viewer to
show why these shares are diappearing. Any suggestions
at what to look for would be most welcome.
 
You really should have SP4 applied and at least the ms03-039.
You also might have a look at article 314984.
