Windows XP Disappearing Internet Options

Someone help me! Pulllleeeesseee

I'm having issues again and need some help. When I click on internet options it just flashes for a second and that's it. I need to get into it so I can allow internet add ons, but it won't display on my screen for more then a split second. I'm running windows xp...that's about all I know about this thing.

Thanks Madxgraphics...I do have Spybot on my computer and have used it recently, but I don't know what happened to my internet options, there's things disabled that I need to enable again and I'm not able to without the internet options, but I will run spybot again and see if it works...anything else you suggest?
