You'll need to give us more information so that we can help. Which e-mail client are you using (i.e. Outlook 2016, Windows Live Mail, etc...) and what happens when e-mails arrive - do they appear briefly, or are you just not receiving e-mails that you know have been sent? The more detail you can give, the more we can help.
