Disappearing Favorites

Hi:
5 users lost their favorites and I don't see any common thread among them.
They are in different departments with different HP computer models all
running Internet Explorer 6.
Has anyone heard about similar issues?

Be more specific? What are the exact symptoms?

Common AV? Try removing it?
