I am using Microsoft Outlook 2K.
I can send and receive email no problem. I can see who has
sent me email, the subject and when it was received.
However when I open the message I cannot see the content,
it is blank. Even the Preview Pane is blank. If I click
reply or reply all I can then see the original message
which is copied below my signature. Currently if I want to
read any received email I need to click reply/reply all
then close this reply window if I do not want to reply.

Has anybody experinced this problem. I have reinstalled
office and applied all the updates.

Thanks in advance.

I have seen this when you are experiencing a "font" problem.

Lots of probable answers though...

Are you using Word as your email editor?
What format do you use as your default mail format?

Hi Nikki

Yes I am using Word as an email editor. The default mail
format is plain text. If I change any of the options above
I still cannot read my emails. It doesn't seem to make any
difference.

Monty
